Mixing citations and textural footnotes

I am looking to achieve the same thing discussed at https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/37549/mixing-citations-and-textural-footnotes/p1 but for word and with the Manuel canadien de la référence juridique 9e édition.

    For styles that produce notes, there's no need to do anything special. You can just insert footnotes using Word and they'll work fine with the Zotero-generated citation notes.
