synchronisation error

Hello here is the ID of the problem 360140230
every time I press the sync button, a red exclamation point appears telling me it cannot sync because some article have a creator name which is too long.
Because of this problem I don't have all my articles on the online version of Zotero

    The error means what it says. You have a creator (author, editor, etc.) name that's too long, and you'll need to correct it before you can sync.

    If you saved the item from a website rather than importing it from a file, let us know the URL so we can fix it not to save bad data.

    Can I simply erase the names? it will not create a error in the sources after ?

    It sounds like the data downloaded very incorrectly. You should carefully check it.
