restoring my files

Hi, I am trying to restore my files from my Zotero account. Can you please help me. I recently took my computer to the Geek Squad and they removed my files. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I cannot retrieve them from my backup drive either. My account was just renewed. I am desperate for help.
