Cant create citations/ bibliography using zotero option in google docs

The add-on in google docs is not allowing me to do anything in google docs. The options appear on the drop down menu but none of them do anything when I click on them. The debug ID is D1962082412. Please help!

    Restart Zotero and try again.

    @pinkyloof: It's also possible you just already have an open citation window behind your other windows. Cycle through the Zotero windows to check.

    Hi. I have same problem when try to use zotero in google docs, when try to add citation the save icon change but nothing else occur. Any citation window is open.

    Help :(

    I tried to restart everything and nothing was fixed.

    @curleyk: Start a new thread and explain in your own words what the problem is, along with a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for the action in question.

    @jmbuenor: If you're still having trouble, you should also start a new thread. Word processor issues should generally go in new threads, since they're unlikely to be related.
