Upgrade Storagecannot upload a 3GB .mov file
I just upgraded to unlimited storage and am attempting to upload a movie of 3GB.
I've tried dragging it into the client on MacOS. (5.0.92) It does load into the library and when I right click and select view file, it shows inside the Zotero library. However, when I click sync, the sync icon changes only for about 3 seconds and then stops. Looking online I do not see the file there. My network traffic does not change significantly enough to indicate that a file is being uploaded.
I also tried adding it via the web library. There, I click on attach file and select the file. Nothing seems to happen afterwards and the file is not there.
For both MacOS and the web library, no errors are thrown. I read that the limit should be 5GB, so this is far below. How can I troubleshoot further? Also, can movies be viewed inside the web library or do they have to be downloaded?
