After installing the word plug-in manually, the tab is displayed, but there is no response when clicking the button of the tab.Is there a solution?

As mentioned there, this sometimes happen if Word is mistakenly being run as Administrator.

Thank you! Following your hint, I have solved the problem. My system is windows 10. Because I put the Zotero data on Disk D, I must run Zotero as an administrator. Now I have changed the data directory to C drive, thanks again!

I have tyied anything mentioned above, but I haven't solve the same problem.
