Citing a document without an author

This discussion was created from comments split from: Author-date without author or date.
  • I have bunch of reports from different public organisations ( ex : impact of flood in Myanmar joint assessment report by XyZ agencies)
I am a Ph.D research scholar and I want to site them all.. but all publications published under Organisations name and there is no any authors name in it... I tried all the options given in zetero but didn't work any of these kindly help me
  • It’s okay to cite a document without an author. What style are you using?

@dstillman Can we split off this to a new thread?
  • how to cite a report without authors using APA style?
  • If the report has an institutional author (e.g., a committee or organization publishing it), enter that as the author in single-field mode like here: https://www.zotero.org/groups/2205533/test_items_library/collections/MR2N872S/items/MKTCNZJ8/item-details

If not, just don’t enter any authors. Zotero will format the reference according to APA rules using the short title in place of an author.
