    Is something actually not working the way it's supposed to? Otherwise no need to report the error report ID (its existence doesn't mean that something is actually wrong)

    @Mijopa: If you're referring to file sync errors, security software or a firewall/proxy on your computer or network may be interfering with Zotero's ability to sync.

    If you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that fails, we might be able to say more, but if you're running any security software, you should try temporarily disabling it, since this is almost certainly a problem outside of Zotero.
