Upgrade StorageIbid not working

I installed the Zotero add-in into Word for Mac (I also had to rename the zotero.dotm to Normal.dotm with the word startup sub-folder). The problem I have is that Zotero works fine when inserting a new reference.
However, it does not specify correctly the “ibid” when moving an initial reference upward. The adjustment to subsequent references is not performed correctly, despite a “Refresh”. Any hints?
