Ibid not working

Hello

I installed the Zotero add-in into Word for Mac (I also had to rename the zotero.dotm to Normal.dotm with the word startup sub-folder). The problem I have is that Zotero works fine when inserting a new reference.

However, it does not specify correctly the “ibid” when moving an initial reference upward. The adjustment to subsequent references is not performed correctly, despite a “Refresh”. Any hints?

Which citation style? And does ibid work if you insert the references immediately next to each other right away?

The citation style is: Manuel canadien de la référence juridique 7th edition, McGill, French, Canada.

The answer to your second question is: Yes, it works.
