Solicito ajuda para o seguinte pelo que li e pesquisei Zotero é um gerenciador de referências (bibliográficas) correto? O problema é que o gestor que cadastrar livros físicos e digitais como um software para gestão de biblioteca. É viável? Agradeço.

adamsmithIf you mean whether you can use Zotero as a sort of library catloging system -- only to a very limited extent. You can catalog holdings of books (and other materials) and make those publicly available, but you can't, for example, handle things like the status (checked out or not) of books, make their location prominently available, etc.
