Payment issues

I feel apparently there is fraud going on. Zotero has deducted amount from my credit card for 60 Dollars to upgrade my storage to 6GB but since May 2020 it has not updated this request whereas the amount has been deducted from my account. My account is still showing merely 300 MB basic package,
Please help me to resolve this issue.

email storage@zotero.org with details -- my guess would be that you have two accounts and the storage is getting assigned to the wrong one, but they'll be able to clear this up.

No I don't have two accounts.

I already sent email to storage. Please help me to resolve this issue.
