improper in-text citation

I am using APA 7 style. For some reason, the in-text reference for a book is listing the full first and last name of the author, when it should only be listing the last name. I have correctly entered this information into the Zotero app. What's up?

    hmm, looks like the name has been entered exactly as in other citations. it might still be dealing with a deleted citation, but how do I address this? Te citation no longer exists in my zotero library, but my citation manager still thinks it is there. one issue is that the reference keeps appearing in my bibliography, even though I have deleted in in-text and in my library. I have refreshed both my zotero library and the document numerous times and it hasn't fixed it. How do I remove something from the reference list when it is not in-text or in-library?
