Subscription problem

Good morning,
We are sure that we renewed our storage subscription but we are warned that we have to pay by email.
How to verify the success of the payment?

    Otherwise email storage@zotero.org with details and they can help you figure it out.

    I checked that but beside "Quota Unlimited" and "Expiration Never" there is no specific date and I already wrote to storage@zotero.org last week.

  • You can see the expiration date for a Zotero Lab subscription from the management interface.
    On your storage settings page there will be a link near the top "Manage Storage for "

    That's where you manage the membership list and can see the expiration date and renew from that page if paying by card.
