Create Saved Search of items with NO tag attached

Does anyone know how to do this?
I want tags on all items in library and need a way to ensure I have not missed tagging an item.

This works for me with tags, as well as DOI:

[Tag] [does not contain] [ % ]

Make sure to check only top-level items, unless you also want to match all untagged pdfs, notes and links (most of which usually do not have any tags).

(You don't need the % — that's a longstanding myth.)

Thanks to both of you. dstillman, If I understand correctly then it would simply be [Tag] [does not contain] and leave the rest of the field blank with no %?
