add doi to chinese medical journal

for chinese medical journal, from January 2016, the available Digital Object Identifier (DOI) should be added at the end of every reference.
the current format of zotero style for CMJ lacks DOI. How can I modify the current version and add DOI information?

The CMJ style was actually just a dependent style of vancouver.csl.

I have created a new independent style that now adds the DOI. Also fixed some other issues I saw.
If you spot anything else, let us know.
