Upgrade Storageinteroperability between markdown with CodiMD and zotero import

I am currently working on the documentary structuring of an organization that has several thousand pads like this one

They would like to be able to organize and use this data. For the moment, when I import them as bibliographic references in zotero, (and I have to attach a screenshot to it) I only get the title as metadata.
And if I don't associate a screenshot, I can't do an advanced search in the text content.
I tried to integrate metadata from the initial file (the pad in markdown)with Supported YAML metadata to see if the filled fields (tags for example) were also imported in zotero when I imported the reference, and it didn't work.
My idea would be to take advantage of the tag work they've already done to display them in zotero and eventually output an organization in zotero (by collection and/or keyword).
Do you have any idea how to do this and if it is possible?
