springer basic does not show

Help I just need to put the reference in springer basic
I fount it i select it and when I give the click it is processed but it does not show up in my text!
help!

    Hello The poblem is solved but!!! other one persist

    Now I am erasing references inside the text and still apear in the references at the end!
    How can modidfy that because already ask me I made changes and I cant edit.

    Click the Refresh button in the Zotero tab in Word
