Upgrade StorageZotero connector gets wrong date for a paper from IOP
I used Zotero connector in Chrome to save this paper: https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/0305-4470/32/7/007. The connector reads "Save to Zotero (Institute of Physics").
The added item has a date "January 1999", however, the publication date is actually "1999-02-19". When I add this paper using doi, I get the right date.

in the Bibtex (I believe that's what's Zotero is using) and
PY - 1999
DA - 1999/01/01
in the RIS and those are the only dates in both files.
