Do you have your Zotero data directory in the default location on the local disk, or do you have it somewhere else (external drive, cloud storage folder, etc.)? If the latter, you should move it back to the default location.
  • Ok i'll try it as your suggestion

It doesn't work i try to run jsconsole .it shows below
[JavaScript Error:"Error(s) encountered during statement execution: disk I/O error[QUERY:SELECT itemID AS id, value FROM itemDATA JOIN itemDataValues Using (valueID) WHERE fieldID=?] [PARAMS:26] [ERROR; diskI?O error]'{file:'chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/db.js" line: 664

[JavaScript Warning: "unreachable code after return statement "{file:"resource://zotero/loader.jsm-.resource://zotero/bluebird/util.js" line:201 column: 4 source: " eval(obj) ;"}]

If your data directory is in the default location now, something else on your system is still interfering with Zotero's ability to access the database, or there may be actual filesystem corruption in those files. This is a problem outside Zotero, so I'm afraid you'll need to troubleshoot this yourself.
