Background: Zotero Chrome extension button working fine, until it was not during the same session.
Behaviour: User clicks the button to make website snapshot, but zotero app (which is open) does not receive any snapshot or marker. It is as if the 'button broke' and now simply 'does not work' or 'does nothing' when clicked on the right-hand bar next to address.
