Every time that I open my document in Word office, desapear my references and all references in text apear "underlined".

adomasven Zotero TeamI'm not entirely sure what you're describing? Do you see this problem in a new document or only in an existing one? What do you mean by your references disappear? If you're seeing a dashed underline for your references it means you have disabled automatic citation update in Zotero Document Preferences. You can either enable it or press Refresh in the Zotero tab to update them.
