Whether in Zotero client or web browser, cannot add a pdf attachment to an item.
Instead of adding the attachment, error message appears:
Error
Unexpected error: Cannot edit item in library 7837108

ETA: solved. Default setting to Open prevented file storage. Noted.

I'm having the same problem. I'm pretty annoyed because I just paid for unlimited storage and I can't seem to use it?

Is there a place to open a support ticket?
