A bibliographic reference continues to appear in Word but no longer exists in Zotero

I recently had a problem with Zotero. Badly loaded an article from a page that did not correspond to Zotero. Then I created a bibliographic reference in Word, which was wrong because from the beginning it was badly loaded in Zotero.
When I realize this, I delete from Zotero the badly uploaded article and load the correct article. Then I go to Word, and I give "Refresh", immediately afterwards it happens that the reference of the badly loaded article was not erased, rather it moved downwards and cannot be erased or modified, since in Zotero the file does not exist, but in Word keeps popping up.
Also I tried to make it work in a new Word file by placing another bibliographic citation of another article, and this article deleted from Zotero previously keeps appearing without me doing it.

    Cargué un articulo a Zotero que desde un principio lo guarde de forma errónea. Luego de que lo cargue en Zotero, realice una cita en Word y por lo tanto una Referencia bibliográfica. Cuando me doy cuenta de que estaba mal hecho, borro este mismo artículo de Zotero y lo reemplazo por uno nuevo y bien hecho.
    Cuando voy al Word y le doy "Refresh" para que se actualicen las referencias bibliográficas, me sigue apareciendo la referencia del artículo que yo eliminé de Zotero que estaba mal. No puedo revertirlo, incluso cuando abro un archivo en blanco de Word y quiero citar un artículo, cuando pongo "Refresh" se coloca automáticamente la cita del artículo, pero también se coloca automáticamente la referencia bibliográfica del artículo que yo habia eliminado de Zotero que estaba mal desde un principio.

    You need to find all instances of the deleted item in your document, remove them from it, and then insert the correct item in its place. Trying to delete the item from the bibliography won't help, since the bibliography is generated based on the citations inserted in the document.

    I try it but it doesn't exist any article because i already delete it. In Zotero only exist the new article. I really dont know what to do!!!

    You need to look in your document, not in Zotero. If the item appears in the bibliography, it means that the item is cited in the document somewhere. When you delete items from your Zotero database they do not automatically get removed from your documents. That needs to be done manually.

    When I try to add the bibliography in a new Word file of a bibliographic citation, I get a poster saying "do you want to modify (9) to (10)?". When I press "yes", the bibliographic reference that I voluntarily want to put is automatically added to me, but the one that does not exist in Zotero is added involuntarily!

    I check in the Zotero trash if the file that was giving me this error existed and nothing appears!
