Just one small detail: there must be a space between the initials of the name, for example: GREEN, J. B.

1. "there must be a space between the initials of the name, for example: GREEN, J. B."...is the same for editors, v.gr. A. D. Baxevanis....
2. The edition number has to go in superindex ahead of the year, like this:
