I had zotero on my old computer and then copied files to zotero on new computer via flashdrive. Every collection was duplicated. And there are duplicates in items in the collection. What is the most efficient way to remove these duplicates?

Was there a better way to move the data to the new computer than what I did? My Zotero is also syncing to the Cloud--does this also lead to duplicates?
