Changed OS and lost library
Hey,
I've been using Zotero from this account on Windows 10 for a year or so, while doing my dissertation. I had reinstalled Windows and Zotero retained my library so I figured it synced somewhere safely.
I switched to Ubuntu this week, signed into my account and there's nothing in my libraries that's recent - all from 2013. I have tried everything to sync and log in to my account and nothing is there.
Please can anyone advise?

If the items are missing in the web library, your setup was most likely not syncing properly. When you reinstalled Windows, your Zotero installation probably kept using local data on your Windows system. In this case, restoring your library would only be possible from your local data.
Try to locate your Zotero data on your old system. Or check whether you've made a backup. You could then try to restore your Zotero data on your new system.
