1. Open Zotero and ensure the tags pane is displayed.
2. Minimize the tag pane by clicking once on the dot in the center of the upper border. (That is, do not click and drag.) The upper border separates the tag pane and the groups/libraries/collections navigation pane.
3. Reopen the tag pane by clicking and dragging on the same upper border.
4. Now clicking on any collection will result in "An error has occurred"...
