Zotero Integration Error: Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

I'm super new to using the Zotero Word for Mac integration, so I apologize if I've just messed up something simple here. I went to add my first citation to a document, and got the error message described in the title. This same error occurred when pressing every other button on the Zotero tab.

I'm currently running MacOS Catalina 10.15 (beta), Word for Mac 16.35, and Zotero 5.0.85.

Here is my debug ID to start: D1219809716.

Up to this point, I have re-installed the integration through Zotero. I have enabled and disabled it after restarting the program. I have followed trouble-shooting instructions (https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/debugging_broken_documents), including creating a new copy, saving a local copy, and disabling track-changes. I have closed and restarted both Word and Zotero numerous times. I have checked that all programs are updated.

I tried searching the forums to find something similar, apologize again if I happen to be duplicating effort here.

    For some reason there's a colon `:` symbol in the path to Microsoft Word.app on your Mac, or at least that's what Word reports to Zotero. Could you confirm the location of Microsoft Word.app in your applications directory and check whether it doesn't have any non-letter symbols?

    I copied the pathname directly and got the following. Is this what you're looking for?

    /Applications/Microsoft Word.app

    Have you tried restarting your computer? Does it work if you rename Microsoft Word.app to something else temporarily (e.g. "MS Word.app")?

    I'd restarted earlier, but did again and I'm still getting the error. As for the name change, that also had no effect.

    Despite things not working so far, thank you for the further suggestion and assistance!

    Could you submit a Debug ID after the name change? Could you create a new user account on the Mac and see whether Zotero integration works there?
