No, they do not use the same style for Optics Letters and the other journals. Quoting the template:

1: Only the volume should be listed, but not the issue.
2: Only the first page should be listed, not the full page range. I don't know if that's possible within the language, I looked in the documentation and there doesn't seem to be a page range format for that.
