Zotero Extension Not Working

I was curious if anyone else noticed this. In Chrome, when I go to my University's library website, it works just fine when I don't have the Zotero extension activated. When I do acctivate the extension, it will not access sources for me to put them into my library. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks if you do.

    Could you be more specific by what you mean with "it will not access sources for me to put them into my library"?

    When I go into the library website and clink on the link for the sources that I want to put into my library, it gives me an error message. I don't get this error when the extension is turned off. The error seems to be causes by the extension. I'm wondering why the extension is causing that error.
