Upgrade StorageHttp request time out when using the Zotero connector
Http request time out when using the Zotero extension. So for the below url I can only download certain pfds per time (1 to ~14, it's flaky).

dstillmanIf this only happens on EBSCOhost, you're likely being rate-limited by EBSCOhost for trying to save too many items at once. It could also be your proxy server restricting connections. But it's fairly common for sites to block automated downloading of large numbers of items or files, so you should expect this.
