Translator request: www.taylorfrancis.com
This seems to be where Taylor & Francis serves up material (just e-books?) separate from www.tandfonline.com, which has its own translator.
Zotero is able to pick up embedded metadata from most pages I have checked, but doesn't detect multiples, e.g.:
https://www.taylorfrancis.com/books/9780429197260
and pulls down chapters as the "web page" item type:
https://www.taylorfrancis.com/books/9781315120621/chapters/10.1201/9781315120621-1
Also, pdfs are not pulled down.

You should get better metadata (though no PDF typically) by right-clicking on the Save to Zotero item and selecting Save to Zotero (DOI)
