Upgrade StorageError going from Private to Public Closed
When I try to change the group type, I get the not very helpful message: "Error Saving Settings." Any hints?

I think you might need to rename your group first, as there is already a public group with the same name. We report when name conflicts cause errors if you try to change the name, but not currently when you switch from private to public.
