book chapter for MDPI style?

1. I'm citing two chapters with different authors from the same book but don't see a spot for chapters or page range in manual entry for the MDPI style. Can someone help?
I'm new to this...

2. Speaking of MDPI, what's the latest on whether they want DOI included? There seems to be some debate about that.
