This a problem on my work computer which may or may not be related to that particular computer. The issue may be in the installation of the Chrome icon to take snapshots of online material. When I would click on "My Library" to view the data, the page hung up and never loaded - I only saw a blank screen.
At home, I access Zotero online as usual although it is taking longer for the data to drop into the library.
