Unable to retrieve library

I can log into my Zotero.org account online, but cannot access the library. This is a problem because I have several years of data stored.
  • What do you mean by that, exactly? You have hundreds of top-level items in your online library.
  • This a problem on my work computer which may or may not be related to that particular computer. The issue may be in the installation of the Chrome icon to take snapshots of online material. When I would click on "My Library" to view the data, the page hung up and never loaded - I only saw a blank screen.

    At home, I access Zotero online as usual although it is taking longer for the data to drop into the library.
  • The situation has been resolved - apparently a network glitch.
