Zotero Crashes after clicking Add Citation in Word

Hi, all of the sudden, when I click on Add citation button on Word Ribbon, nothing shows up and Zotero (not Word) crashes. Same happens in even new documents.

    Could you submit a Report ID from Zotero?

    When you try to add citations in a new document do you at least get a dialog to select citation styles?

    I was getting the dialog to select citation styles. But, it seems that after I have restarted my computer, the problem is gone.

    Please have a look again at the link adomasven gave you. He'll need a Report ID to look into this for you.

    Since I'm not able to reproduce the problem anymore, I am not able to provide the report.
