Hi guys, i´m Lukas and working on my PhD with the help of Zotero. For quite some time now, the translator doesn´t work correctly on beck-online again. The addon uses to identify magazin articles as websites now, although it worked out for a long time, indentifying them correctly as articles. Do you know how to fix this issue? Would save me a lot of time... Thanks and greetings from Bremen, Germany.
Can you provide an example URL? I just tested it with journalArticles, cases and encyclopediaArticles (Kommentierungen) and they all seem to work fine. I am not sure what you mean by magazineArticles because AFAIK that is not something the translator ever have produced.
The zotero-connector is just showing the webpage symbol, not the icon it used to show (and still does, i.e. on juris). I tried firefox and chrome - its both the same.
I searched the NJW article in beck-online and this works fine for me. However, I am on campus without any proxy, i.e. https://beck-online.beck.de/?vpath=bibdata/zeits/NJW/2019/cont/NJW.2019.710.1.htm , but it seems you are using some proxy. Thus this is a proxy problem and not about the beck-online translator. @dstillman Can you look into this and maybe split into a new thread?
ah i see. yes, its true, i´m using a vpn and an additional proxy for verification. nevertheless, it used to work on beck some months ago and is still working on other data bases like juris. thank you very much in any case!
I don't have access to beck-online, but @lukasdalby, if you can provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for loading a page and getting the webpage icon, we might be able to see something.

(If the link is not working: NJW 2019, 710.)

"My" connector ist not capable of identifying encyclopedia articles (like: https://beck-2online-1beck-1de-19t242nqa090f.han.sub.uni-goettingen.de/?vpath=bibdata/komm/BeckOKBGB_52/BGB/cont/BECKOKBGB.BGB.P355.htm) - but i´m not quite sure it ever did on my mac.
