Upgrade Storagecitation buttons not working; report ID 248138711
Zotero version 5.0.81 with Word 2016 on a new Lenovo X-1 has not been adding citations. the quick cite ribbon appears but is unresponsive.
I tried removing and restoring Office integration, no result.
Now the MS Word add in cannot be enabled. "Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Zotero"
