How can I delete/change the attachment of an item?

I found that I've attached the wrong file. I want to delete the wrong file, and attach the right file. How can I do it?

My way of doing it is to duplicate the item first, and delete the original one, and attach the new file. I think there should be an easier way.

You can just delete the attachment by selecting it and pressing delete or right-click --> Move to trash
