problem of connection between zotero and word

Could you help me to solve my problem, when I try to connect my word and zotero I have the message below :

"Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again".

Macbook Pro 13. Version : macOS 10.12.6
Word : 16.29 (2019)
