\rtf{.....} tag around the citation in the text -- probably, csl question
Hi colleagues,
I am trying to modify the bibtex csl style to get\cite{citation} LaTeX-readable output. At the moment I add "\" to the prefix , I get all the citation inside \rtf tag, i.e. \rtf{\cite{citation1}}. The same thing happens if I show the "\" symbol by its Unicode code. Is there any way to get rid of the \rtf{} wrapping either by csl commands or by Zotero settings?
Thank you!
Sasha (AKA Alexander)
P.S.

adamsmithHow are you generating the citations? That looks like some weird interaction with the Word add-on?
-
favorovYes, you are right. It does not it does not happen in "Create Citation" and it does not happen in Libre Office. It happens in Google Docs in Chrome.
-
adamsmithCC @adomasven sounds like somehow google docs integration reacts weirdly to slashes?
-
adomasven@favorov Could you try the Zotero Beta and see if you can reproduce the problem?
-
favorov@adomasven Yes, the same. They look like {\rtf \cite{Hesper_Hogeweg_1970}} in Google Docs in Chrome. Export bibliorgaphy gives \cite{Hogeweg_2011} for the same item. Zotero 5.0.80.

adomasvenDid you try in the Zotero Beta that I linked to above? Zotero 5.0.80 is the current release version
