Hello,

I am having some access issues with Zotero shared Libraries. I am one of the group administrators for our team's Zotero libraries, however, since August 2019, I have not been able to access citation added since that time to these libraries. I do retain access to citations added prior to that period. I also do not seem to have permission to add any new citations to these libraries and have had to resort to making my own personal libraries to store citations which then I have shared by exporting my libraries to team members.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no restrictions for access on my account. Both the owner of this group and I have tried multiple options to restore access including reinstalling Zotero, removing me and re-adding me as just a member as well as an administrator without success. Please advise what other avenues should I explore.
