Move collections up and down in `My Library`

In Zotero 5.0.76, how do I move collections up and down in `My Library`?

    You can't. They're sorted in alphabetical order.

    You can drag collections to move them under other collections, though.

    If you want collections to sort in a different order, you can use numeric prefixes to get the manual sort you want.
