The error always happened when I tried to add bibliography on my mac.
I have attempted to reinstall the office plugin-in, also tried with a new word document. but the problem is not yet solved.

1. Whether the bibliography inserts successfully with the American Psychological Association style? Make sure that the reference you insert does not contain any letters with diatrics or complex symbols.
2. Whether you can insert a citation in APA style where the author name has diatrics in their last name (e.g. any of ąčęįšųūž)?
