Upgrade StorageComplete/Update bib record using PMID, DOI, ISBN or web scrapers
This feature is basically an extension of the "Add Item by Identifier" feature introduced in 2.0beta3. At the basic level, this can be implemented by exposing the "Add Item by Identifer" feature as a context menu item, renamed "Update bib record", which will use the ID or URL (if a web scraper exists for the website) stored in the original bib records to retrieve the updated records. Zotero will overwrite the original bib records with the updated records, but will transfer links, notes and tags to the updated records.
