Importing my online library to a new computer

I have just started work at a different university and am trying to import my zotero library to the desktop. I have downloaded and installed Zotero but going through the desktop it does not sync, even though my account has been added. In the online set up I cannot see anywhere that would allow me to export and there is no sync tab. Can anyone help guide me through this?

So you do see your library when you click on "My Library" at the top of this page?

If so, there's nothing you need to do online to sync. What happens when you try to sync your Desktop app?

Yes I do, on the web I can see my library. Nothing happens when I press the sync button in my desktop app. I have been through the preferences menu and entered my account details but to no avail.

Could we please get a debug ID for you pressing the sync button until it has stopped spinning?

Still nothing happens when I try to sync, I hope this is the debug ID for syncing but not sure
