Error when trying to change subscription plan

I'm trying to upgrade from the free plan to the 6 GB plan. When I enter the card details and click "Purchase", it returns to the Zotero Storage page with the error message "There was an error retrieving your subscription data".
  • Usually this will be caused by a temporary error somewhere between your computer, our server, and our payment processor.
    If you continue to have the same problem upgrading, please email storage@zotero.org and we can help sort it out.
