Upgrade Storageunable to load translators and styles

Hi,
On loading, Zotero gives the following message: "Zotero was unable to load translators and styles." The error output looks like it might be a translator permissions issue. I gave all files in translator ugo+rw permissions with still issues. I also tried to move to a new directory on desktop as per a previous post without any change. I have reset translators and styles as well which also did not help. I am on a mac, which is a personal computer.

If deleting the 'styles' and 'translators' directories doesn't help, it's either a problem with the permissions on the Zotero data directory itself or something else on your system (some non-standard security software?) is interfering with Zotero's disk access.
Thank you for your help! I had not deleted the styles and translators directories. Doing this, and then restarting Zotero fixed my issue.
